I’m Christina, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, and equine massage therapist with a deep appreciation for just how intelligent and adaptable the human body can be.
My approach to massage has been shaped by years of clinical experience, working with both people and horses, and my own journey through significant orthopedic injury, multiple surgeries, and recovery. I understand what it feels like when your body changes—and how valuable it can be to have a practitioner who is willing to slow down, listen, and get curious with you.
My work is gentle, intentional, and centered around the nervous system. I integrate techniques including craniosacral therapy, visceral and neural manipulation, fascial work, and scar work based on what your body needs that day rather than following a predetermined routine.
I especially enjoy working with people navigating surgery recovery, persistent pain, scar tissue, compensation patterns, and bodies that simply don’t respond well to forceful approaches.
I believe meaningful change happens through collaboration. Our work together isn’t about me “fixing” your body—it’s about creating positive experiences that help you better understand your body, recognize its patterns, and build greater trust in it over time.
My goal is for you to leave each session not only feeling different, but knowing a little more about yourself than when you walked in.
